Sometimes it makes sense to have a back up plan for a DST. 

This is the only thing holding me back from making an offer on this really good deal.

Appraisals came back awesome my credit score came back 720.

I am bouncing back and forth between NY and SC.

And you don’t have to pay it back when you sell, you do an exchange.

We both come from rural background and want to get back to that.

I had no idea how hard it was on the back end until I was there.

@Kevin Hintz It's property dependent, obviously, but last year, I sold one a street back from the beach that they're cash flowing.

Unfortunately that also lowers your return, so you might consider staggering the lower payments and rate (say 6%, then 7%, then back to 8%) over a couple of years.
