All of those programs are fake.

Additionally, I am already on a mentorship/education program for multifamily (syndications) and I already have an LLC and business set up for this strategy in real estate.

My understanding is that the SBA business physical disaster loan program is the route you go. 

We recently signed up for smrtphone.Currently we're calling our market and we get calls back, but the issue we're having is smrtphone isn't giving them any information as to who the lead is or which campaign it's from. smrtphone has instructed us we have to search through the different campaigns to see who the person is.

There are programs that offer 100% financing for many different people like Veterans, First time home buyers, (Certain states), Medical professional loans also offer 100% (Anyone with a Medical license).You also have Second Home or Vacation home which only requires 10% down.

They paper push the file into processing to then find out they submitted wrong or it does not fit under a certain program.

If 80% LTV for cash out, 1.25 DSCR ratio is required for the program that offers that.
