Investors or operators with the mind set of doing business in real property as if it were personal property are misinformed and incorrect in their approach to the industry. 

@Anthony @Anthony NewboldYou agent is incorrect if you are talking about an inspection with the utilities on.

Be it Bill B. the attorney guru or the Option Queen or anyone else, there are still old strategies floating around which can be incorrect or even illegal. 

However, upon closer inspection, we noticed all the 2x4s had been installed incorrectly and were not stable, so we ended up having to tear all of them down.

So they make Incorrect statement and ridiculous suggestions.  

@Mike Cumbie, as a Broker, I can tell you that your definition of unethical is incorrect, at least here in Florida. 95% of real estate transactions here in Florida are done as a "transactional deal" - meaning that both REALTORS involved were "transactional agents".

The town assessor has it as well just south of 4000 square feet but this is incorrect.

@Brian Burke  @Dion DePaoli I incorrectly believed that an involuntary transfer was different and would not trigger a DOS.

You know, someone could do some deal wrong for 20 years, they would have experience, that doesn't mean they are correct or current or in compliance, it just means they have experience at doing something incorrectly, if they never had an issue I guess they might think they are correct.......that is until some deal blows up.
