Other than the Sentinel and the Mountain Press I haven't found many other options here as many of the records are not online and what are online are extremely difficult to search.We have one property in Pigeon Forge and have been looking for more, but the good buys are usually gone by the time anything hits the MLS.What will you be doing with the properties you find?

Personally, from my limited experience, in very hot or premium markets like Boston, NY city, Socal, Bay Area etc, the 65% or 70% rule doesn't really apply unless you plan on buying in the war zones in these areas and even then I think you would still be hard pressed to find a deal at those numbers.
