You don't have to limit renting just to studentsInternational loans- There are loan products for internationals such as the EB-5 Immigrant  Investor program or a company like Tiger Loans. 

I never actually raised the rent to $1450 because they were immigrants and I wanted to give them some more time.

It is also a very stable market and a next-largest hub for immigration outside of GTA.It is easy to say "just jump into it".

I saw another person in this thread stay within the US to continue pursuit of his dreams here.If countries like Finland are so much better than why immigrate and stay within the US?

@Roy N do you think its a temporary boom market because of province recent changes in immigration program i am planning to buy a student rental property but I am still confused and double minded that if I have to spend 300k on a house i should be better off going to places like Windsor Ontario or somewhere in Ontario whats your take on this.please thanks for your response.
