I looked up on zillow the market health index for a specific ZIP Code and in most areas it is not very healthy for instance a 2.8 out of 10 should I look in healthier areas for a better area to invest in to get started?

I'm an amateur bodybuilder so I cook and eat between 6-10 meals/day depending on what my goals are so I spend a lot of time in the kitchen, usually I cook once or twice/day, but there have been times where I cooked more.

Even if it's a non-profit the person has to put limits with their time on helping people learn the business so they can grow their own.This is why I like BP.People can log on at their leisure and learn something new everyday.No driving,no meal costs,no excessive drain on time for the day,no hard sell,etc.I or anyone else can post great information on here and tons can read it with new people everyday.
