Stages I and II will produce the capital to fund III.But I see the market changing towards smaller and smarter is better as energy costs continue to rise and 'green' just gets more and more fashionable.Instead of 4,ooo+ sf homes with indoor pools and such, I can see people and agents hyping homes' efficiency ratings, low energy costs, solar panels, gardening space, and safe (chemical free) environments for your kids (low VOC paints, more natural building materials, etc).

And based on those quotes, maybe you can get the seller to give a credit if they're unwilling to do anything.One of my units had a bed bug infestation and while it was unoccupied the exterminator did non-toxic chemical spraying which fixed the problem.

I never said there weren't some milking any system and my view is in line with some of those that seem to have harsher opinions on the matter.These issues are not new, the problems surrounding elderly and the disabled citizenry were addressed with social programs by the Romans.I wasn't around during the depression but heard plenty of stories from parents and grandparents.
