I have a quick explanation for the price increase... originally the mentorship was for 16 weeks and after getting feedback from all the ladies in the group- they loved it but felt it wasn't enough time to learn and implement all the different strategies and learn everything.

In a former life this was fairly common but I would have it paid to escrow and then credited off my origination fee, if that makes sense.

Took one booking, the tenants broke contract by bringing a pet (dog hair and a bone were left behind), and Landing was not exactly pleasant to deal with in recouping security for extra cleaning and damages (dog used the ceiling fan remote as a chew toy).

However, if you choose lenders that originate the loan (purchase/rehab/DCSR) to the LLC (entity) and do NOT report to the credit bureaus then as long as you do not default on a loan, the odds are slim that your borrowing activity will appear on personal credit.
