I personally don't like the smaller stuff because I want more units of cash flow and don't want to depend on appreciation (to me thats gambling). 

Scott: Thankfully, our credit is good and yes, we make more than enough to comfortably pay this debt and not be stressed about it (while also still living the lives we want to live and taking our son on fun family vacations, etc...which we know we could use to pay the debt down faster - but he's only this young once so our priority is precious time/family adventures).

Proctor and Gamble just established a large manufacturing facility in the area, which is bringing in many jobs for people.

Remove the gambling and Pete Rose is a first ballot hall of famer.

At some point you have to take what you are learning and gamble.

Lots of two unit properties over there.Going east, you can find deals in Rosedale, Parkville and Carney that will work for Essex Community College students and if you go south into the city, you get a bit adventurous, but you've got the MICA (Maryland Institute College of Art).Lots of opportunities.Stephanie
