Hello B P I am in need of a good rehabber / handyman / or a good sub to do some fix and flips , its been tough lately some contractors dont really know this business well and its getting frustrating.

I know how frustrating it is to be in your shoes.

I know its frustrating i know the kid is making yoyr life hard but Don’t be discouraged .this is part of the learning process as a landlord .

I totally understand the frustration of having money earn nothing in the bank, but this is a long game.

But I'm plagued with frustration, feeling like I can't get it right even though I've tried so hard.

@Tim Coulter It can be frustrating as a broker to spend hours trying to structure a deal for someone who ends up going elsewhere but it pretty much comes with the territory to a certain extent.
