Some havnt gone through in their entire investmnet career thinking I did the wrong thing. But the amount of experience and knowledge I gained in my first year of real estate I will forever be grateful, because that sent me on the path to achieve my goal to retire from my job at the engineering firm before I hit the age of 30 and I am grateful for all the sacrifices that I have made and all the friendships I have gained in the multiple events that I went to.In the next chapter for me that led me to quit my job is that I matched my W-2 income with my passive income, and I was able to purchase a small business that I am currently operating which is a signage and banners business.
