Some landlords/PMs will rent to 4 or more people, but only put 3 names on the lease and the fourth name as "additional occupant".

I would avoid the tiny back and fourth bids.

I recently did a house with it about 900 SF for $5/sf installed and that included quarter round and cutting in around kitchen cabinets, but the toilet & vanity were pulled. 

My immediate goal is a cash purchase before 4th quarter of this year.

Friday after submitting my water meter reading I received a call from the water company informing me that the water usage at my 6 unit property was twice the average and that I should expect ~$1000 water bill for the quarter.

I have heard a lot of talk about them being the next Old Fourth Ward or EAV.

Not sure if it was a cash flowing property after I rent my living quarters.

@Ralph NoackOntario is huge.. you can drive 20 hours and still be in Ontario.. you need to narrow down to Region..And btw you can go to CBRE and find Canadian Cap Rates in major cities.. they release new info every quarter..Your welcome
