Unfortunately as was pointed out in a forum post about a week ago there is no option on this calculator to include a second or third mortgage.

You steered away from a product that obviously works (look at all the students here defending the product) and makes you a ton of money because you didn't like how the creator of the program "seems" to act in a forum.

I've seen so many forum posts advising NOT to give any money to contractors upfront - because so many people have been ripped off by contractors.
