Truth is with the way gov. printing money like now, the currency shall be devalued by half thus increasing the real estate price massively.

Is there anyone among the members here investing in crypto? If yes, are you investing your crypto to purchase real estate yet?

I'm running into some issues as this individual is trying to give me the loan in crypto currency.

For ex. do you want to settle in high-end neighborhoods that won't cashflow or are you ok with B-C neighborhoods that will cashflow?

Recently I've been fortunate to realize some significant gains in crypto currency.

Cryptocurrency, contrary to what I originally believed, may actually become the international currency of the world, is what I've heard some say, But I'm not going to get into areas that I don't have expertise in.

@Jason Shackleton in this instance the crypto is a stable currency meaning it's pegged against the dollar so there's by definition no volatility that isn't shared 1:1 with USD.
