After the great society we foisted this proletarian notion of "college for everyone" and the system sold them on the idea that a the college benefit was worth the expense,  this idea became popular in a time when the cost of university was lower than the putative benefit, now the opposite is true  College used to be for the smart and the motivated, and now we have people pursuing unmarketable softball degrees in English, history, and communications that are neither smart nor especially motivated. 

UOP used to have a football team, long time ago.I grew up in Stockton, and only back to see mom.

Where are the other fans of college football and which is your team?

I am an ex collegiate football player from the university of Nebraska.

Or possibly football families coming in for Judson games.

I see sports references here but you dont put a football in a babys hand and say ok lets train this baby to be the quarterback of the dolphins.

Where these apartments are located there is no way in, no way out during that football game.

Slow season is Dec - Feb, as of now seeing no slowdown in normal Sep - Nov but we’ll see without football how much we are losing from normal football season.

In the end its a time waste cause your not changing my opinion and I wont change yours....only one thing left to do..Turkey sandwhich and watch some football.

I suppose Poli Sci helps a bit in that real estate (especially residential) has become a political football, and we're always watching to see what politicians are going to do next.
