I don't mean to come off as a conspiracy theorist - I'm not saying this is normal; I have no experience with foreclosures, just parlaying the message. 

I don't have personal experience with it, but when the app was first developed, I contacted the developer and put the app through a fairly robust test usage to see if it's something I would want to recommend to my clients (I'm a CPA).I think the app is great for its intended purpose and I do recommend it to my clients now (and have for about 18 months now). 

I just stayed in a hotel in Moab and we had an A/C issue and it took two days to resolve and, honestly, that's not that out of line with my normal experience at hotels.I don't know where people dreamed up this idea that all hotels have someone waiting outside your room ready to resolve anything in 5 minutes. 

Does anyone have any experience with furnished mid term rentals?

@Stephanie Menard, a few comments based on my own experience.1.

They claim to market on dozens of online channels, and they seem to know the right amenities to feature, have great design, services, experiences etc.

That might be one suggestion to get your feet wet - invest with a family member who has more experience.

Would love feedback from anyone with personal investing and/or property management experience in these cities.

But by the way they perform Matt must over burden them with tasks outside their experience level.
