It seems that an LLc is not recognized in France as an enterprise , you have to mention it to the french government but you declare the income as if it was in your own name .) thanks again to all of you for your answers!

Although there are a million guru's out trying to do the STR lease arbitrage on small scale these are definitely more hotel like sized VC backed enterprises doing some interesting stuff actually!
