You will be responsible for the lenders title policy and endorsements, and documentary taxes and intangible taxes on the mortgage. 

Title closing, title insurance, endorsements, recording fees, home insurance, taxes, escrow account transfer taxes should be ignored because they are going to be the same regardless of which lender you go with.

Shouldn't we endorse creative solutions whenever possible if they work for both parties?

I know that for my buddy had his CDL paid for by the Navy because they needed him to drive, and he can also apply for something else (liquids endorsement or haz waste) based on his active duty education.

I would meet with the seller when I recieve the check and have them endorse then pay the taxes.

The other reason I endorse this podcast, it is the reason I am successful at wholesaling.
