It seems inaccurate to me considering that Pittsburgh, Pa has over 300,000 population, but under Weirton-Steubenville under which the encompassing combined statistical area including; Pittsburgh-New Castle-Weirton, PA-OH-WV combined statistical are shows 120, 520 population in 2015.  

Which means your goals and her goals are most likely different especially when you encompass the paths in which each of you want to get there by.

I'm not sure you can find any books on the topic that would encompass what is spelled out here on BP, particularly in this thread.

The video had a format of the General Counsel asking the regulators questions in layman's terms (for the most part) and trying to encompass all possible deviations that could be made to skirt the law -- like calling received monies a compensation or some other term rather than a fee, doing it under an LLC instead of individually, etc, but what they come back to over and over again is that trying to sell or market a property that you personally do not already own, but are representing someone else, and getting into a contract without the intention to buy it, but rather look for a buyer, is illegal without a license, period.

These contracts are well thought out, tested in the courts, and encompass 95% of real estate transactions out here.

The mileage can be charged as he wants, but IMO if he charges a service call that should encompass that too. 

They rely on security deposit paying for in part or all damages and just think that the borderline DTI and all encompassing information about the tenant suffices what "they" think is a good tenant.
