@Mario Morales, to echo Bradley, I would say this depends on what you are lacking in your own knowledge base.To some (probably many investors) the agent is simply an initial filter for them.

In regards to the lease signed June 3rd 2024.This is a formal notice to vacate.The lease will be over at the end of June 2rd 2025, provided that no more lease violations occur before that.

Two things I remember that probably don't happen today: -First property was a no-doc loan, technically low doc because you still had to provide information but with 30%+ down pretty much anything you wanted was yours.

Crossing the lines may not provide proper liability protection.Personally, I just kept my SF rentals in my name and got excellent insurance coverage, $500K per property plus a $2M umbrella.
