She has no income, no car, a suspended DL, hasn't worked since 2010, several young kids and is required to pay 30% of her income towards the rent and cover the cost of  all utils.When I asked her how she planned on covering the costs not covered by the housing program, she said "once I get a house then I can get a job and it will all work out".Hmmm.........no thanks.
