One solution could be a Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) loan.

I would put it on craigslist and FB to see if anyone wants it for free.Otherwise call a junk removal or abandoned car removal service. 

That is the best way to get started since you get such great benefits due to your service to the country.
