I feel like we have a celebrity in our midst lol!

Red Bank values have been going up because they have latched onto the whole North Shore living/culture of being in close proximity to the river, so this is a highly desirable area and should be easy to get a renter into quickly.

Same goes for inflation, celebrating inflation went from above 8 to below 8 is like a 150lb person gained 300lbs and then lost 10. pounds.

Also, still to this day, I make it a priority to go out to a nice dinner or have a couple drinks to celebrate anytime I purchase, sell, or refi a property.

Still worth the celebration!
