Some places I am looking at include Flagstaff, Pigeon Forge, and Las Vegas.I am hoping to use this site to build connections in those areas to get "boots on the ground" information and support to find the best location.Thank you all for replying to my post.

Being an engineer, I am wondering if there are areas[deal analysis,  underwriting,  acquisition, financing, or investment/funding)  where some automation (intelligent insight, reasoning, and decision support) can help you grow the business. 

Surely your parents will support your purchasing lawn care equipment, ladders, etc. - I may be wrong on this, but I don’t think you can buy real estate for anothr 3 years, until you are an adult.

I wonder if it could appraise if it was supported in the style of a "watchtower" with a solid foundation, with trees "running through" it. 

Growing to the large number you are looking at in the time frame you want will require outside equity investors and will require a large team to help manage and support your work (at which point you'll probably move to apartment complexes rather than single family homes).
