I read up on fat free crm but open source is just not my cup of tea yet. for that i can stay with podio. i will be comparing 37signals/Highrise/REImobile. on seperate note i did send REImobile a message about uptime/downtime and offline availability. now a days with all things cloud and outage can really cause issues accessing your data.

To add to that, if there is a function within your business that isn't your cup of tea, you could train someone else how you sniff test tenants and get them to do it the whole process instead (they might teach you something you didn't know).
