However, you're going to need to insure the interior of the condo and it's fixtures, such as carpet, hard wood floors, kitchen cabinets, chandeliers, etc.

It is likely a "studs out" or "walls out" policy which would make you responsible for fixtures, cabinets, flooring, etc.

While the counter top is removed, it may be useful to repaint the cabinets and replace the hardware if needed.

We did not find this when we walked for the first time and before paying the EMD.Attached are the links of the termite pictures.It's behind the wall paper in the kitchen, all long the base board trim throughout the house, & on the built in cabinets in the back room.With this much damage we don't know what we'll find once we start demoing things.

So that was interesting...The kitchen cabinets were just painted white.

Lots of fine finishes, huge windows throughout, custom cabinets everywhere, and chandeliers with a great floor plan.
