@Dave Ramirez - I think the broader point stands, though.... houses, *especially* for any sort of investor, are a commodity.

However, it is really only useful in the broader context of asset protection when paired with a business entity that can limit liability for your properties. 

We have an agent or two, but TBH not interested in CRE right now given the broader macro environment and rate situation. 

This will most likely take you to a broader scope of personal finance issues, credit, job history, past foreclosures/bankruptcy, the reasonable likelihood such matters will be overcome and accomplished well before any performance required by your buyer.
