I bothers me that these are the type of people who will bad mouth a 7 year old child, to that child's mother, because they are stressed about not having rent. 

Again, I’m not in Massachusetts, but if I had to deal with this again I wouldn’t bother with the attorney.

That google map that I shared is pretty much the only area where I wouldn’t really even bother investing tho.

If it doesn't meet the 1% rule, then I don't even bother (unless I think I can get it for less than list price).

That being said, of course I never even bothered stepping foot in a bank or mortgage office with my deals...LOL. 

You would have freedom to invest and generate a higher return immediately with your portion while your bothers portions are invested by your parents generating income that would ultimately have to split with you as well.In other words the gift is win/win for you and lose/lose for every one else.

Why people bother to invest only to pass it on to children after they die is a mystery.

After several months of not being able to identify the specific mold source they claimed was bothering them we released them from the lease and invasively tested/abated throughout the house before resenting.
