Not sure what her exact score is, but it could be boosted by paying off her $300 credit card (which has a high utilization at the moment).

She's been there a few years so she'd have tax returns, and her credit isn't great but it can be boosted pretty easily by paying off her $300 credit card debt.

Do you or anyone know of an agent who actually responds, is investor friendly and/or has experience with investors and has good morals and work ethic?

I'm going to try this boosted post.

Cook county has an extremely horrible eviction process due to the sheer volume of what they receive, how many state workers they are allowed to have, and people just don’t like evictions. 6) moral of the story - do whatever it takes to get the deal.
