Even if they speak English well, their writing will probably read like it wasn't written by a native English speaker.If you can turn things into a step by step system, that's all for the better.If they're doing anything creative, you need to be very clear with them that it must be original work and not copied. 

I would approach the problem based on too many occupants or too many vehicles and not bring one of them being a nephew into the picture.i know my attorney has advised me in the past that for a two bedroom house I could not prefer to rent to one couple (husband + wife) over two unrelated roommates.In LA a few years back a landlord was ruled that he violated fair housing because he refused to rent to someone who didn't speak any English.

All of these countries have very different time zones, and they likely do not have a US number...so, if you are going with a foreign company make sure they have experience in this field, are fluent in English, have a US number, and work on a US time zone schedule.

You're doing a great job if English is your third language.
