They asked to stay in the house and continue their lease, and I agreed, but they basically never moved back in, and bounced the next months rent check.I evicted them, but the eviction was served by mail, so we were not given an automatic judgment under Georgia law ( the tenant has to be personally served for an automatic judgment).Now I will have to take them to small claims court in order to collect the several thousands of dollars they owe me.Any suggestions on how to sue someone who is most likely staying on base, and thus not in my county but on Federal property?

It automatically sends follow up emails thanking them for attending my open house with additional information on how I can better serve them. 

Even if it IS repaired, I also read that just having the repaired sinkhole automatically reduces the value of the house by at least 10%.

For most of my properties I have utilities automatically switched back into my name when tenants move out. 

Also most standard mls contracts contain an automatic or "check the box" addendum for 1031 exchanges. 

Do they send automatic reminders for rental payment?

So you say "no" to MLS and then automatically jump to mailing lists.That is absolutely not the logical jump to make.

I wouldn't automatically assume they're shady though just because they don't want to disclose it.
