I am wondering what resources exists within BP for Canadian investors?

We’re actively seeking lenders who can fund multiple properties at once.Open to discussions on flexible financing strategies that have worked for others.I'd love to hear from fellow investors, lenders, and finance professionals—how have you navigated this challenge? 

@Kim Huard I am a real estate broker and investor in Oxford, so I can share some first hand experience with this market.

Jeff makes up repeated excuses and strange reasons as to why he can't/won't pay (i.e. family emergency, bank is rejecting wires, software/website is buggy, telling investors to go "f*ck their mother").I'm in a group with 30 other investors who were also scammed by him. 

I also spent a lot of time networking with other investors and professionals to get advice and tips.

I'm a seasoned investor, lend to other investors, and have done deals in other markets with strategic partners there, but this was not as done for you as he sells it and we knew that going in. 

Hello BP Community,I am new to being an intentional real estate investor.

This includes any accelerated depreciation from a cost segregation study.Many investors are unaware of the depreciation recapture tax and only consider potential capital gains.

Any other investor has experience this before and what are the course of actions I can take to have my deposit back? 

Deep down, he worries he’s not successful, confident, or attractive enough to "deserve" a beautiful partner.
