Argentina's economy has been a disaster recently, although it appears it may be recovering now.Regarding diversification, I firmly believe it is not a strategy for building wealth. 

I'm hoping things change as they are slowly progressing for ADU's, but for the next move it appears I won't be able to count on the ADU income for DSCR. 

We are at very low affordability #'s which translates to higher values and with other stats, appears to suggest a relatively horizontal market with some dips for many years.

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.
