That has slowed to a trickle.Baltimore has a great culture and history.There are significant anchors here to Like Johns Hopkins university and Johns Hopkins Hospital Baltimore has risks but it also has significant opportunity.

IF more people use long term furnished rentals as a primary housing solution, THEN people don't have the traditional "Community" anchored in neighborhood friendships, therefore the furnished rentals that have multiple units or shared common spaces where interaction with other "digital nomads" / "slow vacationers" will be able to get a premium price.  3.

I'd say yes 30-50% down, it depends much more on how the condo org is being run, reserves, late pay, etc.Credit unions and your current bank will be your first stop to ask them. bring a specific property to help anchor your discussions.

Personally I prefer they leave the holes behind, instead of trying to patch anything.Are these rod brackets mounted to the furring or wood backing or just sheetrock screw anchors?
