I just came across the startup REZI, and from what I gather they essentially contract lease portfolios on a long term basis, place tenants virtually based on automated criteria/response/touring, guarantee rent, and take a cut.

If you just want the business to grow and don’t take any cash rental profit out, then I would recommend a C-Corp because a pass-through entity (LLC) trickles down to your personal tax return, which would be in Argentina, but Uncle Sam would want a cut so you would also have to file a personal return in USA as well, so it gets quite complicated.

It is scheduled for sale tomorrow, but apparently 70% of homes listed for trustee sale get postponed the day of sale, so investors show up to bid on them just to find out that they are waiting shortsale approval and the sale gets postponed.I have decided not to bid on it in acution and just hope the sale get's postponed and if it doesn't and gets sold tomorrow, I'll just have to continue searching.
