Hey Ketan, I can't really help you with your question, but just out of curiosity, why do you want a line of credit on your investment properties instead of getting a business line of credit that is unsecured and not tied to an asset?

Shutting off the interest accumulation during a Deferment period when the Deferment Agreement they originated discloses that Interest will continue to accrue during the deferment period.

Even if they did delay mortgage payments, it would still accrue interest and it would just push out your payment schedule.
