It would be hard for me to pass up building a bigger place to take advantage of that creek view.

It's complicated and not recommended for newer/smaller landlords, but it's a profit center for me.

Playing sports isn't forever and I know a 9-5 isn't for me, I am very much desiring to get ahead and learn how to build wealth from all those smarter than me! 

Pair the deal with a cash flowing instrument like a tbill, mortgage note, or some other form of fixed income to help yield too.

It's a bit overdone for me and feels like investing there is late to the party.

I will still accept other forms of payment but the convenience of the online platform and the fee for pickup dissuades them from anything else most times.

I have people who work for me that are agents if I need one.  

I'm glad to hear that some of their current landlords are honest, that is refreshing for me to hear!
