@Robert HernandezYou need to figure out if it's the sub floor or just wavy from perhaps water on the vinyl or temperature expanding / contracting.If you have sub floor issue, you'll need to decide how far you want to go with it. 

Like to use the thicker free floating as it seems to be less effected by temperature changes.
