Hi All,I was just wondering if anyone else has been using blogs and/or niche article marketing to promote their website(s) and if so how has it worked for you so far?

At first I thought it would be a thinly veiled way of self promotion.

Articles are a great way to get your name known, and you can get some great contacts from it if you use it to promote your web site.

I been using word of mouth to promote my business.

Since this was promoted as the Village of Imagine, and now the village is somewhat imagined..lol..it has left most of the Buyers upset that their investments were not as lucrative as they had thought as well as the potential Buyers in contract with 20% in escrow for the last 2.5yrs, not wanting to even close on their deals.

It seems that every post you've made here on BiggerPockets has been some kind of promotion for their site, so I'm just going to assume that your purpose here is to promote their website.Am I correct, or are you here to participate?

There is no honor in what you're advocating if you're promoting the works of such authors.

They'll have a website promoting themself, but not specifically the property.
