It's funny too how so many of you share the same akward writing styles and make the same small mistakes while posting.If you guys are all real individual people, you are drinking some crazy coolaid, and have all the reasoning skills of a rabid badger. 

That likely isn't the only mistake.

If you are like most landlords, you'll make some expensive mistakes along the way that will cost you far more than a professional manager would charge.
