I’m enjoying the 2022 podcast format!

As a property owner one of the few rights I enjoy is to do with the property that I pay for, maintain, and pay property taxes on is to choose to whom I rent the property.

Everyone should be able to enjoy their home.

If it's annoying, I agree, lawsuits after-the-fact ARE very annoying and due to such that's why everyone get's to enjoy this new universal annoyance. 

I have central AC in all of my units, but tenants seem to still enjoy having ceiling fans.

I finally spoke with my friend and asked for permission to post this because she deserves some sort of say. she is terrified for her life considering Marcus got his associate to threaten her life. shes an older lady who was just looking for a home to enjoy the rest of her life in to do her bit of gardening.

Yes they should still have some form of communication but not everyone's hustling 24/7 and could just be enjoying time with their family.to other point Local is definitely key for the next time.
