One of life's greatest lesson is experience will trump the young buck.  

If you look at where the big guys like Sam Zell and Donald Trumps invest, you would ponder why these guys invest in low cap rate markets instead of high cap rate.

It seems to be best for people like Donald Trump.The biggest advantage seems to be for people who use pass through entities and who are in the highest tax bracket.The lawyers will be working full time to make as much income into passive investment income from pass through entities.I do not think much of the bill will pass as written.

Also try to get them to start debates & get folks thinking whenever possible.I am a Trump fan so whenever possible I like to get a good political debate going on my page.
