Only Commerical lenders allow you take title in an LLC.

But I was selling land and Ranch's and so those are specialty items.. much like commerical brokers will ALWAYS try to double end their deals ALWAYS

Or you change to being a commerical broker those have more normal hours.. much harder nut to crack but can be more formal in the hours you work.. 

The market is still hot with a lot of projects going on whether you are a flipper, buy and hold, developer, or commerical investor there are chances to get in on projects still.
