I want to find out immediately and not have to wait 7 business days to get it from the County Clerk.

Here is the response I finally got from Auction.com 4 business days after I asked. 

Title takes 7-10 business days.

If you are going in to a week or a holiday you could do 48 hours or the close of the preceding business day (5pm).

If your bank won't provide the loan or you need something quicker crowdsourcing sites like LendingClub or SoFo offer small loans and usually get funding to you in a few business days. 

Generally, an agent has two business days to modify the status of a property, in this case from active to contingent.  

I do give them my bank name and account number though, which plenty of landlords don't like.Cash App deposit for free in 1-2 business days which lead to late fees (mine are after third of the month). 

"This agreement is contingent upon business partner approval" and/or "This agreement is contingent upon purchaser's ability to find a suitable funding partner within 60 business days" or whatever. 

(We don't typically accept more than a month out.)After they get approved (takes about 2 business days), I schedule a lease signing date right away.
