I'm not sure what @Ken Rishel was suggesting but he made a comment as to the MH dealers entering into a sophisticated relationship I believe involving various entities for compliance in doing business.If you can inject funds from a qualified lender then affiliate relationships could just fund purchases and portfolio notes with affiliate relationships, such as conduits with affiliate banking relationships, could be rather simple to convoluted.I think that a centralized origination and servicing operation could be established.

The Rams injecting money there is just one of many things changing the area.

Just knowing that you have not injected any money in your portfolio for any surprise repairs or vacancies is a testament to you heading int he right direction toward the next level of investing.

However, they both have the potential to need cash injections in the future.

Now, Danielle does not want to pick up and go to an entirely new location but she is interested in tapping into the equity she has in the property and what that injection in capital could mean for her business.

So for my inspection calls, only two things always come with: my bag, which has my papers, the mighty little Juice, extra screwdriver bits, and my injection-molded toolkit case that I bought from Costco three years ago.The most important tool that this kit is missing for me is a small Channellock tongue-and-groove pliers, which I also carry in my bag.

Someone mentioned spray foam, but since the property is already built you would need to use injectable foam.I think it might work very well. 

That enables me to buy the property for below market value and to inject some sweat equity into the deal by doing the necessary renovation work.  

For example the property throws off great cash flow and has been stable for years but all of a sudden the property needs 50,000 injection due to an unforeseen larger repair.
