There is a room in the very back that is about 6 inches lower than that room so if it was flooding that back room would have been destroyed.

I don't want them to think that they are my one and only and inch up the price of services on me.

(we had to hire a welder in rural PA near the NY border - about 350 miles from home as the rear of the home was about 2 inches from the ground because of i-beam integrity loss!) 

Universal mounts also come with hardware to mount other types/sizes of televisions so it just becomes a part of the propertyFor our most recent property , seller had an older 36 inch television mounted in the basement and I just required that it stayed at the sale.

It may take longer to fill but the water supply during the rinse and spin  cycles will be much less so in my opinion the machine may not function properly, and more importantly a 3/8 supply may not meet plumbing code as I have never seen a washing machine supply less then 1/2 inch.

The old baths were built into an alcove of roughly 40" long by 36" wide, so only 20 or so inches were actually exposed to enter/ exit the tub.

Some of the 27 inch units hold just about as much as a regular duty top-loader and will provide enough capacity for a family of 4.

I probably have my terminology wrong but it's essentially two sets of 2x4s that have a few inches between them.  

Other than that it has laminate counter tops, golden oak cabinets, brass fixtures, 4 inch white tile baths, you get the idea... 2001.Based on my research of comps on rentals.com it is very obvious that there is a line somewhere of diminishing returns when updating a rental, but I haven't been able to exactly pinpoint it yet.

If sea levels rise another 3-6 inches eventually not even the Everglades will be safe from development, but it will happen slowly.
