Get a copy of the state contract, get a PDF writer that you can use to edit and sign PDF docs, pre-fill all the information that will stay the same from offer-to-offer (earnest money, special stips, buyer info, etc), and then save the template.When you want to put in an offer, bring up the template, add the offer-specific information (date, address, purchase price, etc), sign and send.We can put together an offer this way in about 3 minutes.
