In terms of quality, I found the doors and drawer fronts to be good quality and the hardware to be excellent (Blum brand, which is known to woodworkers as an excellent hinge company).

What they've found though is that buyer's will come out of the woodwork just to own something for so cheap.

The walls will sometimes appear too light, and you have to spray lightly on any woodwork (trim and doors) or you will get runs.

Can't overemphasize the value of water alarms placed in key locations... near hot water heater, laundry, kitchen sink cabinet...When tenants move-in or move-out their own appliances, there is a greater chance for damage to floors, walls and woodwork.

yep, just get something under contract and post it to CL, zillow, or myhotdeals and they will come out of the wood work.
