It's not unusual to find - contrary to standard investor logic - that renting a multi-structure property to one party commands higher rent than offering it as smaller square footage options with no private yard space. 

Because we have been in such a long, positive economic climate (some of which as been propagated with unusual government influence) I think the downturn will be longer than the average down turn.
