The "Goo" then hardens and keeps the slab at height (for a while), because it's tree roots and soil conditions that make the cement move.Sometimes they drill hole to inject it, sometimes they come at it from the side.It's FAST..you can look it up on the web (see YouTube).For the Mockups I use GIMP....it's like Photoshop with less features, but enough to get the job done.There is a learning curve to it.

Funny how those who have to stay rooted in the reality of running a retail business don't have time for endless conference calls or extended lunch meetings....Its not funny to listen to how many are scraping to get by, or who are waiting on a change in the "economy" that will return their customers.Many of these are not in the statistics of the unemployed, but are in effect making less than minimum wage.

I was able to get a higher quality tenant, that stayed longer put in roots and our average time a tenant stays is now 3 years.

Then I would take a step back and reassess where things went wrong ... being broke is a symptom, not the disease IMO ... figure out what the root cause of this bad situation was/is and attack the problem at its root.

Bob,I thought it was a good article in the sense that what people consider as normal will have to change.I just do not see how an economic crisis caused by abhorrent debt could have ever been solved with printing 700 B in new debt for the American people to pay off over the next X # of generations.I think the real root of the problem is fractional lending practices at a 10 to 1 ratio.

All of this work is pretty convincing for foreclosing homeowners with no equity who previously insisted they could sell their home conventionally, and it makes my job during my consultations alot easier to show them that a solution isn't just my opinion, but solidly rooted in the reality of their market.
